We also undertake complete operation readiness tasks from the Project Execution Plan (PEP) to flawless delivery of the project. Our OR&A Team oversees all the operational deliverables to the Project and Asset Team by reviewing and incorporating operational requirements for a project in its scope and ensuring their implementation during all phases of the project delivery.
Our primary accountabilities for this project are to:
· Define and build on the projects’ operations philosophy and requirements
· Prepare the OR&A plans using the related standards, processes, tools, and systems to ensure their incorporation in the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and full implementation
· Ensure that Flawless Project Delivery is implemented and realized on assigned projects at each stage and conduct Value Assurance Reviews (VAR).
· Prepare plans and procedures for safe and cost-effective commissioning and start-up as per CSU logic, plan, and requirements. This includes the taring of operators and technicians.
· Provide assistance and criterions for controlled ramp-up to steady state operations
· Review and audit the total reliability a technical integrity of the operating facilities asset management to ensure that they are fully prepared to take the project into the operations phase of its life.
Our team and associates have extensive skills in the operation and maintenance of H2S plants, systems, and equipment. We also have the following in-depth experience and knowledge available on client request:
· Outlining specific design requirements, material selection, and rating of pipe and equipment used for sour service versus the impact operability and maintainability
